Great American Smoke Out
The American Cancer Society (ACS) has again announced its annual Great American Smoke Out. This year the event will be Thursday, November 19th. ACS says that a smoker who quits smoking at 35 years old will add 8 years to their life. A smoker who quits at 55 will add 5 years.
